What are credits?
Credits are used for scenario turns, talking to characters, and generating media. The cost depends on the amount of inference used.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing period — unused subscription credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
What currency are credits in?
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). This is a pay-as-you-go service based on actual usage for inference, media generation, and scenario creation/running.
What happens if I violate Terms of Use?
Accounts that violate our Terms of Use will be permanently terminated. All remaining credits, subscription time, and content are forfeited. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts. Repeated moderation flags for prohibited content result in automatic termination without warning.
Can I transfer or gift credits?
No, credits cannot be transferred between accounts or gifted to other users. Credits are tied to the purchasing account only.

💳 Purchases & Refunds

How do subscriptions work?
We offer Free, Explorer, Creator, and Pro plans. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that resets every billing period. Subscription credits are used first, so any purchased credit packs last longer. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Credits page.
What are credit packs?
Credit packs are one-time top-ups available to paid subscribers. They're valid for 6 months from purchase and are only consumed after your monthly subscription credits run out. Visit your Credits page to browse available packs.
What's the refund policy?
Subscriptions: Refunds are available within the first 30 days of your initial subscription purchase — these are processed automatically. After 30 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.

Credit packs: All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

Technical issues: Credits lost due to bugs or platform errors will be restored to your account. Contact support immediately if this happens.

👤 Account Management

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from your profile settings. This action is permanent and will delete all your scenarios, characters, and forfeit any remaining credits.
What happens to my data when I delete my account?
All your personal data, private scenarios, and characters are permanently deleted. Public content may be retained for community use. Deletion is irreversible.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
Can I recover a deleted account?
No, account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure to export any content you want to keep before deleting your account.

🛡️ Acceptable Use

What content is allowed?
We support creative storytelling and roleplay for adults 18+. All accounts and scenarios default to "Normal" content rating, which allows most content but not explicit material. Users can create "Adult" rated scenarios for explicit content (as long as it's legal and passes moderation). Public scenarios must be appropriate for general audiences.
What are the age requirements?
Users must be 18 years or older. You'll need to enter your birthdate when signing up to verify your age. This platform is strictly for adults only. Any characters created as minors must not be used in inappropriate contexts - we have built-in moderation at every level to enforce this.
What's our stance on illegal content?
ZERO TOLERANCE. We have a sophisticated, multi-layer moderation system to keep everyone safe. Content involving minors, non-consensual activities, extreme violence, self-harm, illegal activities, and harassment are strictly prohibited. You must comply with all local laws in your jurisdiction.
What about adult content and images?
Adult text content is permitted in scenarios marked as "Adult" rating. All generated images and videos pass through our automated moderation system in addition to the provider's own safety filters. Our multi-layer moderation enforces content ratings based on scenario settings, user account status, and our Terms of Use. Regardless of content rating, all content must be legal — prohibited categories (minors, non-consent, etc.) are blocked at every level.

How is content moderated?
We use a fully automated, multi-layer moderation system that operates at every level of content generation:

Input moderation: User prompts and messages are screened before they reach AI models.
Output moderation: All AI-generated text is checked against content policies before delivery.
Image & video moderation: Generated media passes through additional safety filters before being shown to users.
Scenario-level enforcement: Content ratings are enforced per scenario — the system prevents content that exceeds the scenario's rating.

The entire system operates without human review to protect user privacy. No staff member has access to your private conversations or generated content.
What happens if I trigger moderation?
Individual moderation triggers result in the offending content being blocked or filtered. Accounts that repeatedly trigger moderation flags for prohibited content will be permanently terminated without warning. Terminated accounts forfeit all remaining credits and subscription time. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for illegal or immoral content.
How do I report content?
To report inappropriate content, please submit a support ticket using the Contact Support form below. Select "Content & Moderation" as the category and provide specific details about the content you're reporting.
Can I appeal moderation decisions?
Moderation decisions cannot be appealed. The company does not have access to user content for privacy reasons. Our automated systems are designed to err on the side of caution to keep all users safe.

🔒 Privacy & Security

How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your private scenarios and conversations are encrypted using our privacy-first architecture.
Who can see my content?
Messages: Your conversations and messages within scenarios are private and encrypted. Other users cannot see your private content.

Scenarios: Private scenarios are only visible to you. Public scenarios and their attached characters can be seen by the community.

Media: Images and media in public scenarios can be viewed by other users. Private scenario media remains private.

Your privacy is a priority - we use encryption and automated moderation systems to protect your content.
Is my payment information secure?
We use secure payment processors and never store credit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Is voice chat audio recorded?
No. Voice audio is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We never store, record, or retain any voice recordings from your conversations. Only the text transcriptions become part of your conversation history.

📝 Content Ownership

Who owns the content I create?
You retain ownership of your private content. However, any content made public grants the company rights to use, modify, and distribute it. Private content remains exclusively yours.
Can I monetize my scenarios?
Currently, we don't support direct monetization of user-created content.
