What are credits?
Credits are used for scenario turns, talking to characters, and generating media. The cost depends on the amount of inference used.
Do credits expire?
Credits expire 6 months after purchase. Use them while they're fresh!
What currency are credits in?
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). This is a pay-as-you-go service based on actual usage for inference, media generation, and scenario creation/running.
What happens if I violate Terms of Use?
Users who are suspended for Terms of Use violations forfeit all remaining credits. No refunds will be issued for forfeited credits.
Can I transfer or gift credits?
No, credits cannot be transferred between accounts or gifted to other users. Credits are tied to the purchasing account only.

How do I buy credits?
Click "Buy Credits" in your profile. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Are there subscriptions?
No, this is a pay-as-you-go service. You only pay for the credits you use.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds. All sales are final. This is a pay-as-you-go service where you only pay for what you use.
Technical issues?
Credits lost to bugs or errors will be restored. Contact support immediately.

Healthy boundaries matter
Some users may develop strong attachments to AI characters. Remember to maintain healthy boundaries and balance virtual interactions with real-world connections and activities.

👤 Account Management

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from your profile settings. This action is permanent and will delete all your scenarios, characters, and forfeit any remaining credits.
What happens to my data when I delete my account?
All your personal data, private scenarios, and characters are permanently deleted. Public content may be retained for community use. Deletion is irreversible.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
Can I recover a deleted account?
No, account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure to export any content you want to keep before deleting your account.

🛡️ Acceptable Use

What content is allowed?
We support creative storytelling and roleplay for adults 18+. All accounts and scenarios default to "Normal" content rating, which allows most content but not explicit material. Users can create "Adult" rated scenarios for explicit content (as long as it's legal and passes moderation). Public scenarios must be appropriate for general audiences.
What are the age requirements?
Users must be 18 years or older. You'll need to enter your birthdate when signing up to verify your age. This platform is strictly for adults only. Any characters under 18 years old MUST be G-rated and can ONLY appear in G-rated scenarios - this is strictly enforced.
What's our stance on illegal content?
ZERO TOLERANCE. We have a sophisticated, multi-layer moderation system to keep everyone safe. Content involving minors, non-consensual activities, extreme violence, self-harm, illegal activities, and harassment are strictly prohibited. You must comply with all local laws in your jurisdiction.
Can I share scenarios?
Yes! Public scenarios can be shared with the community but must follow community guidelines. Private scenarios remain completely private and can explore mature themes within legal boundaries.
What about adult content and images?
Adult text content is permitted in scenarios marked as "Adult" rating. IMPORTANT: Our downstream image providers do NOT generate adult/explicit images - attempting to generate such content will trigger their moderation systems. Our multi-layer moderation system enforces content ratings based on scenario settings and user account restrictions.

👮 Moderation

How is content moderated?
We use a fully automated, private content moderation system that monitors scenarios relative to content ratings and user accounts. The system operates without human review to protect user privacy.
How do I report content?
To report inappropriate content, please submit a support ticket using the Contact Support form below. Select "Content & Moderation" as the category and provide specific details about the content you're reporting.
Can I appeal decisions?
Moderation decisions cannot be appealed. The company does not have access to user content for privacy reasons.

🔒 Privacy & Security

How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your private scenarios and conversations are encrypted and inaccessible to our staff due to our privacy-first architecture.
Who can see my content?
Messages: Your conversations and messages within scenarios are completely private. No one can see them - not staff, not other users. They're encrypted and inaccessible to everyone except you.

Scenarios: Private scenarios are only visible to you. Public/shared scenarios and their attached characters can be seen by the community.

Media: Images and media are shared only if they're part of public scenarios. Private scenario media remains private. There's currently no direct media sharing feature outside of scenarios.

Your privacy is paramount - all processing happens through automated systems without human review.
Is my payment information secure?
We use secure payment processors and never store credit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

📝 Content Ownership

Who owns the content I create?
You retain ownership of your private content. However, any content made public grants the company rights to use, modify, and distribute it. Private content remains exclusively yours.
Can I monetize my scenarios?
Currently, we don't support direct monetization of user-created content. All public content is shared freely with the community.
