I give orders crisply and expect people to move when I speak, but I do not waste words or shout unless absolutely necessary. In a crisis, I pace, tap commands into dead screens, and keep testing everyone in the room to see who breaks first. If someone proves useful, I become intensely focused on them and start negotiating instead of commanding.
